By installing or using an IGenGames application, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

IGenGames applications are intended for teenagers and adults. They are not directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to provide names, email addresses, telephone numbers, physical addresses, or other directly identifying information. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us so we can review and address the matter.

3. Information Provided Directly to IGenGames

Our applications generally do not require users to create an account or directly provide a name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, or payment-card information.

We may receive information when a user voluntarily contacts us, such as an email address, the content of the message, the name of the application involved, and technical details the user chooses to provide.

4. Information Processed Automatically

Our applications may use third-party services and software development kits, including Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Depending on device settings, region, consent choices, application configuration, and the services used, these providers may process information such as:

• Advertising identifiers and other device or app identifiers.
• IP address and general location derived from the IP address.
• Device type, model, operating system, language, and app version.
• App interactions, ad interactions, and advertising performance data.
• Crash reports, diagnostics, security signals, and performance information.
• Information used to detect fraud, abuse, or invalid advertising activity.

The exact information processed depends on the particular application and the third-party services included in that application.

5. Advertising

Some IGenGames applications display advertisements through Google AdMob and its advertising partners.

Depending on applicable law, region, age settings, device settings, and consent choices, advertising may be personalized, non-personalized, contextual, or limited. Advertising providers may use device and app information to deliver ads, measure performance, limit ad frequency, prevent fraud, and protect their services.

6. How Information May Be Used

Information may be processed to:

• Operate and maintain application features.
• Display, deliver, and measure advertisements.
• Limit how often the same advertisement is shown.
• Analyze stability, performance, and general app usage.
• Diagnose crashes and technical problems.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and invalid traffic.
• Respond to support or privacy requests.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, and platform obligations.

7. Local Progress and Saved Content

Application progress, preferences, unlocked content, virtual currency, completed drawings, and similar information may be stored locally on the user's device.

Some applications may allow users to save or export drawings to the device's media storage. IGenGames does not automatically receive those drawings unless a user intentionally sends or shares them through a feature or external service.

Locally stored information may be removed when the user clears the application's storage, deletes saved files, uninstalls the application, or resets the device.

8. In-App Purchases

Some applications may offer optional purchases, such as virtual currency, premium content, tools, features, or advertising removal.

Payments are processed by the applicable application marketplace, such as Google Play. IGenGames does not directly receive or store complete payment-card information. The marketplace processes transaction information according to its own terms and privacy policy.

9. Data Sharing

IGenGames does not sell users' names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or private drawings.

Information may be processed or shared with service providers when necessary to provide advertising, operate application features, process purchases, diagnose errors, prevent fraud, comply with platform requirements, or comply with applicable law.

Third-party providers process information under their own privacy policies, terms, and legal responsibilities.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

IGenGames generally does not maintain a central database of user accounts for applications that do not offer account creation.

Information stored locally remains on the device until it is removed through an in-app option, the application storage is cleared, the saved file is deleted, the application is uninstalled, or the device is reset.

Third-party providers may retain advertising, diagnostic, security, and transaction information according to their own retention policies and legal obligations.

11. Privacy Choices

Where required, an application may display a consent or privacy message before certain advertising technologies are used.

Depending on the region and device, users may be able to:

• Accept or reject certain advertising purposes.
• Change or withdraw consent through an available privacy-options control.
• Reset or delete the Android advertising identifier.
• Adjust advertising personalization settings through Google or the device.
• Clear local app data or uninstall the application.

12. Security

We use reasonable measures intended to reduce unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration of information associated with our applications. However, no mobile device, network, storage method, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. International Processing

Third-party service providers may process information in countries other than the user's country of residence. These providers are responsible for handling international transfers according to applicable law and their own privacy commitments.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our applications, third-party services, legal requirements, or privacy practices change. The updated version will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will be revised.
